We love God through Biblical teaching and expressive worship in our Sunday gatherings and our home groups.
We love one another by “not neglecting to meet with one another” on Sundays and in home groups during the week to encourage one another and build each other up. We make constant, loving efforts to “fan into flame” the gifts God has given each of us by His Holy Spirit through active training by our pastoral staff that we may serve God and one another. (Hebrews 10:25; 1 Thessalonians 5:11; 2 Timothy 1:6)
Our love for God is made manifest by loving people and following His command to love our neighbors (Mark 12:31). We love our city! So we partner with ministries like 4Tucson, J17 Ministries, the Tucson Neighborhood Food Pantry, Royal Family Kids, in addition to 5 foreign missionaries connected to our local body in various ways. Plus, we are intentional church-planters, raising up pastors and leaders from within the body of Christ at Neighborhood Churches; training them in preaching and shepherding; laying hands on them; ordaining them; and sending them out to neighborhoods all over Tucson.
