I believe we’ve got a clear theme in this passage.

• • Here the Spirit speaks with, communicates with, and miraculously MOVES Philip.
  • It is a classic teaching: God still speaks with His willing kingdom workers.
    • This isn’t just about Philip. 

• It’s an example for all of us.

• • Also note Luke is purposeful in this theme:
    • In Acts 9 we’re going to see Jesus speak to Saul.
    • And in Acts 10 we’re going to see the Holy Spirit give visions and speak to Peter.
