V11-12: These Berean Jews were more noble - examining scriptures to confirm Paul’s teachings.

• • More noble than whom? The Thessalonican leading Jews.
    • From last week’s text, Luke tells us “some” of the Jews in Thessalonica were persuaded
    • But here, due to their purposeful examining of the OT scriptures, Luke writes, “Therefore MANY of the Jews believed.”
  • Do you see it? I want you to catch this!
    • MANY of these Berean Jews received and believed in the Gospel of Christ.
    • FEW of the Thessalonian Jews believed. Why? Luke says they were “less noble” in regards to their understanding of the scriptures.
