WOW Service Project Activity “Blessing Bags”

We plan to get together as a group and make Car Blessing Bags so everyone will have a bag of useful and edible items to hand out of our car window the next time we see someone in need.

This will be a ‘group participation’ project so we are asking each person to bring 10-12 of an item from the attached list. When we get together, everyone will share their items and go home with a completed Car Blessing Bag.  We recommend shopping at Dollar Tree to keep the cost down and you may be able to find many of the items in multi-packs to save you even more .  Please let us know which item(s) you will be bringing so that the bags will have a nice variety.

Please come and participate even if the cost is prohibitive for you right now.  We will plan on having extra items so everyone will go home with a complete Car Blessing Bag.  And if you would like to participate but can’t make it to the meeting, get your items to us on Sunday and we will make a bag for you and get it to you!     ( ** items STILL NEEDED)
