I want to point out something Peter says in the middle of this bold, powerful, Spirit-filled mini-sermon…

• It’s the phrase, that “times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord…”
  • There’s a lot of meat and truth in Peter’s words here, but the point is that believing Peter’s words about Jesus the Christ will result in Times of refreshing in the presence of the Lord.
• The result of a person coming to Jesus and surrendering their life to him is to experience Times of refreshing in the presence of the Lord.
  • I want you to consider what that looks like in your own life.
  • Dare I say if you claim Jesus as Lord and do NOT experience Times of refreshing in the presence of the Lord, perhaps a worldview change - or certainly a change of perspective on what you value - is in order.
    • Salvation in Christ brings peace to a chaotic soul.
