• Paul’s heart - his deep level of love - is exposed before them as a whole church body
• And the church has also expressed deep love for him in prayer and support - so much that it overwhelms Paul, as (after his 2-verse introduction), he spends the first 6 verses expressing the depths of his love and appreciation toward them.
